What Causes Little Red Spots On Top Of My Hands?

I started out with small little red spots on top of my hands, on Tuesday, I went to family Dr. he thought it was poison oak gave me a shot and cream to rub on the area, the next day it was a dark color red the area was much larger with water blisters, both hands look the same they are swollen and sore, he give me another shot pills and different cream to rub on it, no better yesterday he sends me to a dermatologist, another shot and different cream, she thinks it is an reaction to a wasp sting.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having insect bite rash.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and swelling.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
