What Causes Long Period With Clots, Dark Stains And With Skin Disposals?

Hi Dr Jain, I am a 45 year old female, had 5 boys, and have had 6 miscarriages between my 5 boys. My eldest now 18 was 3 months premature, 16 year old had to be induced 3 weeks and was bed ridden, 14 year old had sutures to keep him as my vagina was swollen, and i was in pain of the heaviness, 12 year old i was induced 3 weeks as my valva was badly swollen, and same happened to my 10 year old. I have had my tubes clipped in 2001, had varicous vein operations and stripped, and also when i had my numerous DNC, i still have clots, and at the beginning, i get this very dark stains and with skin disposals, and pretty long and my periods always in agony. i
