What Causes Loose And Green Stool In Infant?

Hi, My baby s is 8mnths old, he got teeth 10days back, he is breastfed also giving some food(home made cerelac with al cereals) ,his poop is jelly like nd green in colour since 2 days instead of this he is very active . I startd banana nd apple(boild) porridge 4 days back , does this porridge is a cause??Is this gng to be a serious prob? My pead didnt give any medicine , he jst said ur baby is active so no need to gv any medicine, but am worried because its alrdy 2nd day stil in same condition. Should give him any medicine? Can u plz answer my ques ?

your child can recover the condition by his own immunity and also weaning phase is bit tender for any child. variety of food and new adjustment to diet makes bowel irregular. till the baby is active need not to worry. if he gets the fever, you need to be alert and consult pediatrician.
