What Causes Loose Feces And Short Term Memory Loss?

Hello, Ive been having symptoms that I don't understand lately and I would like your advice on them. I have been having loose and messy feces and I believe i am having short term memory loss. I don't know if any of these have a correlation to a disease or anything that could be wrong. do you have any idea's?
