What Causes Loose Hanging Testicles With Pain?

hello sir i m a 22 years old man,sir from last week i see that my testies are so loose and hanging so low,which create me problem to not to walk,sit and lay down normally and i m feeling some pain also in my right testies,i m a regular masterburater since 10 year old,can u please suggest me that is it a sign of danger to me as hanging of testies like this,,,,and if not than how can i reduce the looseness of my testies and make than like before,,,i m in high stress dur to this sir please help me out,,,thanxx

Thanks for your query.
Hanging testicles at the age of 22 is possible only if you are in a hot and humid atmosphere by residence or working conditions.
Since you are worried so much I would advise you the following:
Consult an Urologist to get an actual examination done to clear your doubts.
Get ultrasonography and color doppler examination done.

Do not use tight clothes.
Avoid hot and humid places.
Have scrotal bath with tap / cold water , this will help shrinkage of the scrotal skin.
DO not worry , this is not a disease; just a variation most of the times unless there is varicocele / Hydrocele / Hernia.
