What Causes Loose Skin Around The Buttocks?

I am the bottom in the relationship and my boyfriend has recently told me my butt is loose. He can feel me when I contract the muscles but not enough. I m not sure if this from the sex with him or if this from part of my major weight loss. I lost about 100 lbs in a year I don t have a lot of lose skin but the most difficult area I have in tighting the skin is my buttocks. I do lots a squats and workouts that have since improved. But I am very nervous about my butt being loose. What do you suggest?

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Rapid weight loss can lead to loose skin in some parts of the body. However, toning of muscles can help to retain proper shape and to avoid loose skin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
