What Causes Loose & Tender Testicles ?
Hi, when my balls are loose, there appears to be a kind of bubble like shape, and when touched it's not solid, it feels like flesh(left side) and it can be pushed down without any discomfort. There's nothing similar on the right side, so i was wondering what it could be?

I really appreciate your concern, testes are temperature sensitive and this gos on changing pendulous shape according to temperature around it if this is hot then it looks more pendulous and if it is cold then it comes close the lower pubic region, and this is nothing to worry, and this may not be due to any disease, take care.
