What Causes Loss Of Appetite Along With Constipation And Lightheadedness?

My mother in-law complains of loss of appetite which in turns means a weight loss. She always feels cold during the day. She has constipation and does not feel well inside . She also feels a bit light headed or a bit dizzy. Her hypothyroid is under control, she has no cholesterol problems, normal blood pressure and normal glucose levels.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Unintentional weight loss always needs to be investigated to determine the cause.

Since there is no current thyroid issue, she may need additional tests such as complete blood count and ESR.
ESR is a non specific inflammatory marker. This means that it is increased if there is any reason for inflammation in the body- infection, cancer, trauma, allergies etc

I hope this helps
