What Causes Loss Of Appetite And Nausea?

HI , i am 31 years old, women and since 2-3 days i am experiencing loss of appetite. As orherwise i am a food lover but since few days i can not tolerate the food and its smell. Since few days i am only having water and a bowl of rice or a fruit for a day. Can you please suggest me remedy for the same. Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, along with the loss of appetite if his is associated with headache, fatigue, nausea, fever, then it could be lever pathology and if this is nothing like that then dyspepsia may the cause, just wait for some time it will be fine, if not then it may requires some investigations, but most of the time it is nothing to worry hope this information helps
