What Causes Loss Of Appetite And Nausea?
I am only 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant. My weight before I was pregnant was between 145-147 and I'm 5'9. Today I weighed myself at 154.... I usually am a very big eater, but for the past 2 weeks, I haven't been able to eat much because of my nausea. The typical explanation is over eating, but my appetite has been cut in half. I am starting show slightly too.... What's going on to where I gained that much so quickly?

Nausea is seen in early pregnancy in most women and this is normal. Loss of appetite is usually due to nausea. It is not uncommon to loss appetite and also some weight early in pregnancy. Do not worry as it will get corrected on its own in a couple of weeks. Hope that answers your question.
