Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to any other metabolic disorder. I recommend checking thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid gland dysfunction and performing allergy tests to help exclude a possible allergic reaction. Other tests to consider would be:
- A fibrogastroscopy
- CEA, CA19.9 for possible tumor growing in your bowel
- An abdominal ultrasound
- Liver function tests

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
