What Causes Loss Of Appetite And Swollen Neck Lymph Node?

I ve had difficulty eating passed 2 &1/2 weeks, in addition, unwilling regurgitation of solids, weight loss of 23lbs, swollen right neck lymph node, stomach pain. I was told by dr I m having allergies to my birth control, however, I ve now been off it for the said 2 & 1/2 weeks, symptoms worsening to no avail. Thank you for your time. J

I really appreciate your concern, there are some reasons for loss of appetite and it would be matter of concern, like infection and some psychological conditions for infection x-ray of chest and blood test is necessary, if this is the stress then try to come out of this, watch for fever and other symptoms, clinical examination is must hope this information helps.
