What Causes Loss Of Appetite And Tiredness In A Toddler?

hi my son is 2 started coming down with something 2 days ago, yesterday he was worse over course of the day, was sleepy, ate mostly fruit and milk bottles, no real solids, is very tired and seems weak, cant trace where it came from, has a slight cough and runny nose, but not like a flu or cold as not continuous? thanks
