What Causes Loss Of Appetite, Heartburn, Vaginal Bleeding?
I took Next Choice a week ago, and I am now having hot flashes, dizziness, loss of appetite, heartburn, and vaginal bleeding similar to a period. I am also on antibiotics for a sinus infection. Are these side effects from my medication or could I be pregnant?

Hi,
If you have period like vaginal bleeding chances of having a pregnancy is less but you still need to role out pregnancy with B HCG level. Some of your symptoms like heartburn or loss of appetite could be side effects of antibiotics.
