What Causes Loss Of Appetite Post Parietal Haemorrhagic Stroke?

I had a large right occipital & right parietal gemorrhagic stroke 4/1/15. I have lost too much weight & still have NO APPETITE. I haven t been hungry once since the stroke. I do drink protein shakes. Are any meds available to stimulate appetite? Any suggestions welcome.

Vitamins can stimulate appetite. Another drug to consider would be antidepressants like Sertraline or Paroxetine. These drugs can also help you feel better.
