What Causes Loss Of Appetite, Throat Tightness And Swallowing Difficulty?

I m a 46 year old male. For the past three days, I have had a pretty big loss of appetite, along with some tightness in the front of my throat, on the sides slightly below my adam s apple. In the weeks leading up to this, I ve had sharp pain when I swallow on the left side of my mouth that I d attributed to a cracked tooth I just had a root canal on 4 days ago.

As you are having trouble with swallwing and done root canal treatment 4 days back you might be having secondary infection from root canal treatment.
So consult your dentist or ent surgeon for this.
These findings might be sur to tonsillitis also.
So proper guidance can be given after examination.
