What Causes Loss Of Appetite While On Ciprofloxacin And Naproxen?

I am taking ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily as well as nexproxin 200mg twice daily for chronic prostatitis. It sometimes makes me loose my appetite. Being a recreational marijuana user already, I have stopped for this treatment. If I use marijuana to help me eat, will it effect my treatment?

STOP MARIJUANA COMPLETELY.
CIPROFLOX CAN CAUSE LOSS OF APPETITE.
AS THE INFECTION GETS CONTROLLED YOUR APPETITE WILL INCREASE
