What Causes Loss Of Appetite ?

My name is Gopi Maran. My sister never eat like normal people. She hardly eat 20% of what I eat. Sometimes she skip meals. She is 26 yrs old and married. In school days she give her food to her friends. She was fine in her school days. She even won in many sports events in school. But after her marriage, her health is worst. She is unable to do any work. She gets many problems like stomach ache, fever etc. How to make her normal? Is there any way to make her eat like normal people. Thank you

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum .
As you describe, she must be suffering from some chronic disease, like tuberculosis, intestinal T.B,hepatitis, peptic ulcer etc.
The other reasons may be the urinary tract infection, or some malignancy some where.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
She may need to have MRI, and other tests for diagnosis .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms enzymes, multivitamins, hematinics, and protein supplements.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
