What Causes Loss Of Balance Post A Cataract Surgery?

I have recently had cataract surgery. Right now my eyes not focus and I have to close my eyes to stop the/ totally off balance. It lasts for one to five minutes and afraid I will have this while out in public, and fall. Could it be from dehydration? Sorry my typing is bad because I cannot see properly, but it has just gone away and can see ok now. It is very perplexing
