What Causes Loss Of Balance With Numbness In Legs And Arms?

hi i just had some questions about some symptoms i am having. let me give you a little bit of a background. my mom was diagnosed with ms in 2008. my grandma on both sides were also diagnosed with ms. I have asked a few people about my symptoms and they have not been able to give me answer so i thought maybe you could. my symptoms are as follows:

loss of balance

fall a lot

muscle spasms (back,arms,legs)

numbness in my legs and arms( sometimes feels like they are asleep)

hurts to walk ( i am limping)

tremors in my right hand

right arm and legs are weak

i have to urinate more than a women who is pregnant

inconstint bowels(contsipation to diarreia)

eye discomfort(pressure behind my right eye)

poor attention span,memory loss,poor judgement

can cry about anything anytime

vertigo

chocking when swallowing ( happens more times than not, feels like it goes down the wrong tube)

fatigue

problems with posture(always hunched over)

electrical shock feeling that goes down my legs to my toes

facil pain (right side of my jaw, have had all my wisdom teeth removed)

increased symptoms to heat

acid reflux

feels like i am being squeezed and cant breath without it hurting.

migranes

pain in joints

newest symptom is that my left leg is vibrating.(feels like my cell phone is in my pocket on vibrate)
