What Causes Loss Of Bladder Control In A Boy?

my 4 year old intact son has been feeling like he has to pee all the time. Especially after he has just gone. He has been having these symptoms for over two weeks. I took him to the clinic last friday. His urine came back negative for infection. Dr thought he may have a slight infection under foreskin although there is no discharge, redness or swelling. I have been putting polysporin on the tip of his penis at night. He is not in pain just irritated.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the infection but it can be due to some local irritation and it can be due to smegma formation (If not circumcised) may be due to less water in tact, it can be manged with Disodium hydrogen citrate 5 ml three times in day hope this information helps.
