She has doubts that someone will come and checks the doors again and again. These symptoms are causing significant loss of sleep and restlessness in her. Such symptoms could occur due to anxiety disorder named Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Obsessions of doubt and compulsive checking is common clinical feature. Other possibility is some psychosis which is causing suspiciousness. I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist for evaluation. Medicines like Fluoxetine, Sertraline help in reducing obsessive thoughts. Low dose antipsychotic drugs like olanzapine, Qutiapine also have good results. Provide her warm support and consult a psychiatrist.
Thanks
