What Causes Loss Of Energy Upon Intake Of Adderall?

Several months ago I was diagnosed with ADHD they have tried different types of medicine and nothing worked three days ago I was given Adderall 10 mg three times t the first day it worked great after the following day it worked a little but wasn t as full of Engery or concentrating like I was the first day I started it now each time I ve taken it I just feel really tired rundown week no energy at all can you help me with that to explain

I really appreciate your concern, ADHD is the functional condition and medicine used for this need to be adjusted from time to time and for that patient need to be in continue follow up some time second line of drug may be added and these all being decided by psychiatrist hope this information helps.
