What Causes Loss Of Grip Strength And Sensation In Left Hand?

Hi, For two days now i have lost some grip sensation in my left hand and my left arm feels strange with loss of sensation too. I still have a strong grip and theres no pain just some tingling. I am 36 year old male and active and normally healthy. Thanks.
