What Causes Loss Of Hearing Along With Dizzy Spells?

My right ear has been stopped up for weeks now, I can barely hear out of it and now every time I blow my nose, it pops, I get dizzy to the point where I have to lay down where I'm standing then it pops back the dizziness go away. What's going on? Somebody please help me

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain loss of hearing, stopped ears and dizziness seems to be due to causes like Inner ear infection,Meniere's disease, Labyrinthitis etc..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he an advise you investigations like Otoscopic examination, MRI scan, Electrocochleography, Auditory Brain stem response etc to rule out the exact cause of the problem and treat you accordingly..
You can be advised to take anti vertigo medicines along with hearing aids..
You can also be advised a surgical drainage of the fluid if there is excess fluid accumulation in the ears..
You should also limit salt intake..
void driving or operating large machines to avoid accident caused due to dizziness,
Take sufficient rest..
Avoid sudden jerky movements of head..
