General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

After a head injury, eardrum or ossicular chain damage, disruptions of intralabyrinthine fluid, cochlea, or 8th nerve may be damaged resulting in hearing loss. Tinnitus can also result from neck injury. I suggest you to consult with ENT.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho
