What Causes Loss Of Memory After Falling Down?

Hi, I just fell, took my blood pressure, 120/48, not usual for me, it's usually around 120/80. Blood sugar was 119 1/2 hour after eating, I'm diabetic. I'm female, 54 yo, 175#s, 4'10". Husband just passed on 3/19/11. Second fall in 2 days, didn't get numbers first time. I do have fibro. Could that have kicked up with the stress and be causing this?
