What Causes Loss Of Memory And Dizziness?

I m having problems remembering names and things my wife tells me. It doesn t happen all the time but comes and goes. Every ones in a whiles I will get light headed when bending over or getting up suddenly. I don t have a problem doing strenuous labor.

Sometimes, it happens not to remember names and things especially if you are really stressed out or work overload. If no stress and if no work overload, then, I think you should get checked by neurologist to rule out neurological issues. For the moment, try to make some breaks, and go on vacation, take multivitamin supplements to boost brain health.
