Person with Down Syndrome 32 year old. Born with hole in heart. 3 years can t keep food down. Throwing it up. Regurgitating everything not because he wants to. Forgetful. Loss of balance. Holds his arms up in front on his face for long periods of time. Gaps out and stares. Weak verbal communication. Will rarely form new ideas and express them. Repeats what others say instead. Trys to smile and can tell he isnt feeling well. Walks incredibly slow. Low iron levels but doctor won t prescribe iron supplementation. Low blood pressure. Not enough energy and loss of personality. Sleeps long long time. 15 hours or more usually 5 or 6 days a week. No strength. Seen gastrointestinal doctor. Nothing is showing what s wrong. Diagnosed with severe celiac disease within the last 3 months and diet changes still aren t helping. The only thing he will ask for is his Glutamine in powder form and seems he thinks it gives relief.
