What Causes Loss Of Memory With The Feeling Of Confusion?

Recently i have had a feeling of confusion and have had a hard time thinking and being able to problem solve mentally. My memory feels like its not there anymore, i also have been feeling super nervous for some reason. I am scared that there is something wrong with me.

You have problem of confusion and memory loss that may because of long time vitamine b12 deficincey.

Thyroid problem may cause nervousness and other problems. Check your thyroid function test.
Some medicine also cause this type of symptoms.
Lack blood supply to brain or other problems may cause this.
You don't mention your age. In more than 65 year age chanses of dementia because of Alzheimer disease.Any mental problems may ruled out.

Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
Proper history and investigation helpful for diagnosis further diagnosis.
