What Causes Loss Of Sensation In Foot?

recently i undergone the spine surgery for the LBA. the disc was compressed the nurves and the legs was suffered with nerve gap. the bottom foot has lost the sensation and unable to walk . the urine passing also not free it needs more pressure to pass the urine and i have only the bladder filled feeling and the passing sensation also not there.
