General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the loss of ability to feel sensations in glans, pain when holding penis, unable to urinate do indicate possible issues with internal urethra and supplying nerve structures as well. In my clinic, after thorough clinical examination, I do recommend nerve conduction study, ascending urethrogram, ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis, diagnostic cystoscopy

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
