What Causes Loss Of Sensation In The Hands And Feet?
Hello! I am 49, very fit, eat healthy 85% of the day, Exercise regularly 1 1/2 hours per day. I ve been noticing over the past year and half but, more recently, I am losing sensation in my hands and feet and to the touch of my skin. I cut my finger today as well as burned it and did not feel It. I have been finding, I lose my balance about 3 times a day. At least one time is during exercise in the morning at my crossfit class. I find my thought process is slow and I catch myself stuttering/getting caught on my words at times. I m getting concerned, I don t have a GP I usually go to the local walk-in clinic for convenience. Should I be concerned?
