What Causes Loss Of Sensation In The Toes Post An Accident?

I was hit by a car about a month ago. I was afraid of further debit so I did not seek medical. Couldn't apply any weight for 2 weeks. Think there were/are some fractures. Seeking has since subsided. But just today I randomly lost sensation of 4 toes and loss of color and some previous bruising darkened. Should I be worried, or when should I become worried?
