Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that loss of sensitivity of taste also known as Aguesia can occur due to common causes like deficiency of Vitamin B3 and zinc, side effects of medications, thyroid disorders, tongue inflammation or glossitis, stress and anxiety, tobacco and alcohol addiction, nerve damage supplying the taste sensation to tongue, multiple sclerosis etc..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like complete blood picture, hormonal assy and other investigations like MRI etc depending upon the suspected cause can be advised to confirm the diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.

As of now you can start taking Vitamin B complex and zinc supplements..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
