What Causes Loss Of Strength And Balance With Blood Loss After Taking Lovenox?

I was given one shot of Lovenox to bridge while preparing for surgery. Shortly after my legs gave out and I fell. Lost a pint of blood, which doctors could not find the source. Since then my blood count has been 9.6. Could this be the result of Lovenox?
