Lost my voice yesterday. Felt like laryngitis, but with a tremendous amount of mucous. Sneezing & coughing. Had no relief from tea or water. Couldn t speak above a whisper. in front of the computer for 12- 14 hours, turning the A/C on and off for the past few days- first too cold, then too hot. Keeping it off seems safer. immune system weakend. exposed to a great deal of perfume during the past week. Not getting enough sleep. Enormously stressed. I live across the street from a large park. I have hypoglycemia and still coughing to bring up mucous. With a weakened immune system could I make myself sick by going from hot to cold, and not sleeping?
