What Causes Lot Of Sweating?

What are the main causes of episodes of sweating in a 35 yo female (3 months postpartum)? Other symptoms include mild headaches, lightheadedness, occ dizziness, and most recently dark urine. The sweating is worse at night but does occur during the day. It leaves my pyjamas, hair, bed sheets, etc wet

hi.excessive sweating has got multiple causes like obesity,anxiety,alcohol abuse,hyperthyroidism,diabetes mellitus and pregnancy.better do ur thyroid function tests.fasting blood sugar..n consult ur doctor.
