What Causes Loud Noises In The Head?

I have loud noises almost constantly in my head. I do not have a cold nor do I experience headaches. Noises are hardly the same - some loud buzzing, some like a model airplane, other just a loud hum. I have 5 stants in my heart. Should I be exposed to an MRI of the head?
