What Causes Loud Roaring And Humming Noises And Vibrations In Lower Back?

I have had ear problems with loud roaring and humming. I was put on steroids and the roaring went away but I now have a vibration in my lower back. I have been off the steroids for 4 weeks. I took them for 9 days. What may be causing the vibration in my back? It is better in the morning and gets worse as the day goes by.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, vestibular dysfunction could be the cause and for that you have to get done some test and MRI would be advisable, if you have not consult the ENT then better to have opinion, steroid may not be useful, but it can be tried with "Tab Bitahistine 8 mg" three times in day till you get the test done, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
