What Causes Low BP Along With Sweating And Nausea?
I had low blood pressure reading, flushed and body sweating. Blood sugar was 125, extreme nausea and stomach cramps. I had 2 baby aspirins under my tongue. After 30 minutes I had a normal bowel movement with no cramps. I feel much better. No chest pain. Heart rate was 65.

If you have a problem of blood pressure with fluctuation, then you should be cautious.
Slight increase in blood pressure doesn't make difference but decrease would cost you a lot.
So you should take plenty of fluids everyday to maintain your blood pressure.
Also reduce salt intake when it goes up.
sugar level 125 is normal. it doesn't trouble you.
