What Causes Low BP And Dizziness While Waking Up?

every day i wake up with difficulty, unable to get going, my blood pressure is nomally low average 70/100, so some times I feel really dizzy and unable to get out of bed, it takes me nearly 2 hours in the morning to gt going, and a lot of times during the day i feel a tight chest, and brethless when I get up few stair steps.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the given history here I could say that it is better to get done the hemoglobin test and take care while you getting up either from the sitting position or from the sleeping position this could cause hypotension and this is called orthostatic hypotension better to get done the hemoglobin test, take care and have a nice day.
