What Causes Low BP And Pulse With Pain In Hands And Feet?

Yes, I am 32, have MVP and PAC s, so my heart and BP usually stay around 100/70 and heart stays between 95-130, which I have learned to handle with meds.....but for the last three days my BP has been like 60/30, 50/40, etc...and my legs, feet started hurting pretty badly. When I woke up this morning my fingers, hands, arms, toes, feet, and legs felt very tight and swollen...My BP and heart are still very low, makes it little hard to breathe at times. What could this be?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Very low blood pressure and pulse do indicate cardiac dysfunction most likely. The conduction defect cause arrhythmia, paloitatiin as well in secondary sequences. You should immediately approach an ER for evaluation with EKG and get further treatment on priority basis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
