What Causes Low BP While On Lisinopril-Hydrochlorothiazide And Amlodipine?

I take lisinopril/hctz 20-25mg and amlodipine 5mg each morning. My doctor has added a nighttime dose of lisinopril 10 mg. I took my nighttime dose about 1.5 hours ago. My blood pressure using a wrist monitor on my left wrist is 105/58. My bp has never been this low. Is it too low? Should I do anything tonight about it? Is the dose too strong? And should I stop the nighttime dose?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you are experiencing low blood pressure because you are taking much of blood pressure medication. You can lower the dosage if them. Anyway consult with your cardiologist.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
