What Causes Low BP While On Spironolactone And Euflexxa?

two meds I added fairly recently, Spironolactone (3 months); and Euflexxa injections on 4/25, 5,? and last 5/5/1-ish. I had hives (3 and itching before 5/6). continued todate. over two weeks ago blood pressure gradually descended from my long time high about 160+ for couple years. never below 152. descending continued down to 96/98/107. never was I 96!. I called my cardiologist and did not get authorization to see him. I asked what to do. he said if it gets down too 115 stop taking cardeveral and losartan.. I f anything strange happens go to er. I now add he was not aware of the Euflexxa injections; and you now need to know I have a St. Judas Pacemaker. I have seen no doc. seems now through all this monitoring, I m stabilizing around 123/98/65. I m thinking I need my cardiologist to reset my pacemaker and check week heartbeat, beat varies a lot. in past, with other cardiologist in plan, he was able to get authorization and saw me quickly. my cardiologist said he would see me in oct for next visit. I complained to SCAN, which is over my plan and plan to move to another group July 1. hope that works. I m sure this is the gel, what are your thoughts and my next nxt steps. of course I am 80 and avoid er now as this is a done deal. I just figured this out on my own online. help!
