What Causes Low BP With Swelling In Feet And Hands While On Workouts?

Hi, I am Anita. facing low blood pressure problem just started jogging after long time. stress is also there. my height 152cm and weight is 60 kg. Pain in chest breating problem, pain in muscles and bone and swelling in feets and hand at time. form lat three four days.

I will say that are some causes of your problem:
1.low haemoglobin
2.low blood pressure
3.low glucose level and
4.heart problem
5.endocrinological problem
MY suggestion to you is get:
1. C.B.C complete blood count
2.Blood fasting glucose level, random blood sugar level
3.ECG done first , some time sinus tachycardia or bradycardia or other arrythmic changes in heart rate can also cause these symptoms
4.Start a diet and physical activity too

Please go to a doctor a let him to evaluate your situation
