What Causes Low WBC And High Lymphocyte After Gall Bladder Removal?

Hi my daughter is 16 yrs of age and is 5 months post op of having her gallbladder removed. Her recent labs show low WBC 4.1, Neutrophils Segmented low 34.0, Lymphocyte High 52.0. Morphology is Anisocytosis Slight AB, Atypical Lymphocytes Few AB. What could this be from?

Hi, dear. I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern. You have low normal wbc count. Your lymphocytes count is slightly increased. It suggest that you have some viral infection. Atypical lymphocytes are also due to this. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. Drink plenty of fluid orally. Go for repeat cbc count.
