Hello,

In lymphocytic lymphoma there is chemotherapy or radiotherapy may lead to white blood cells fall out. Other causes are like a viral infection or bone marrow infiltration of malignant cells or b12 deficiency etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. May need bone marrow aspiration and cytology. Filgrastim may useful in low WBC. Please consult your treating doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
