What Causes Low WBC Count Along With Blood In Urine While Suffering From Fever?

My 6 year old daughter is experiencing fever for third day. We visited the doctor and received an antibiotic. We were told white cell count was low via a urine sample and that she had blood in her urine. They are sending off sample to test. We are concerned that the fever hasn t broken, but she is active and not complaining of pain. Is this normal?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be viral fever and it will take at least 4 to 5 days to come around till then care need to be taken for hydration and be patience let the course of infection finished, if the WBC is low then it is the indication that it is not the bacterial infection hope this information helps.
