What Causes Low WBC Count And Fatigue?

I had a CBC for a physical and my WBC was 3.2. Repeated the CBC in 2 weeks and WBC was 4.7. Just got a follow up CBC in 6 months and the WBC was 3.6. I have no symptoms other than fatigue but I work a lot. I'm in my 30s. My other labs were normal except I am Vit D deficient 24, RBC 4.1, plt 200. Thanks!
